CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Made specifically for you
Our products are created based on your selections and uploaded content. Because each product is made specifically for you, it is not resellable and cannot be returned for preference reasons.
- Uploads: You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the files/details you submit.
- Outcome: Results depend on the input material (e.g., low-quality images limit results).
- Abuse: We may reject content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
No refunds on custom orders
Because products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind / no longer wanted
- Personal preference after production
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Low-quality photos/uploads limiting the final result
We will offer a replacement (or a refund at our discretion) only if the item is damaged on arrival or has a clear production error.
- Report window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof: Provide clear photos of damage/issue and packaging if relevant.
- Resolution: We may replace, re-produce, or refund depending on the issue.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery terms
- Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
- Address: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- Customs: If applicable, customers are responsible for import fees, taxes, or duties.
